Slaked lime plasters such as
Limewash has a suedelike texture that’s more akin to putty than a standard interior paint. It has been used for centuries to give walls a cozy, patinated look—in fact, it dates all the way back to Roman times. And although you see it most often in shades of white or gray,it comes in bolder colors too.
The plaster is made with limestone, water, and marble dust. These are all organic materials that can be found in nature. Moreover, Venetian plaster is a non-toxic finish that can be recycled due to it’s natural ingredients. In addition, the plaster is also non-toxic due to its natural ingredients.
Marmorino, which dates back to Roman times, is a plaster made by combining lime putty with ground marble and is predominantly applied on interior walls and ceilings.
The Microcement is a decorative coating made up of cement, water-based resins, additives and mineral pigments that can be applied to a multitude of vertical and horizontal surfaces thanks due to its great adherence.
Velvet paints resemble flat paints when viewed head on, but show a slight gloss when viewed at an angle. This slightly higher gloss provides for a more washable or scrubbable surface. These paints are ideal for areas with high traffic, such as hallways and kid’s rooms.
